Ingredients

  1. Bring pot of water to boil. Add teaspoon of salt to boiling water; then linguine. Cook until al dente per package instructions; drain and set aside.

  2. In a stock pot on medium heat add unsalted butter. Add chopped onions, 1/2 cup green onions, green peppers and red peppers; cook until soft.

  3. Stir in flour and cook for 3 minutes. Add Cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder and peeled crawfish tails. Stir, cover and cook on medium-low to simmer for 10 minutes. Add half and half, Campbell’s Condensed Soup Fiesta Nacho Cheese. Stir well. Add shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Cover and cook on medium-low for 20 minutes.

  4. Uncover and add linguine. Stir well until pasta is blended with crawfish. Plate and garnish with other 1/2 of green onions.
