Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees. Spray a 7 x 11 inch baking dish with canola oil.
Using 5 quart dutch oven, spray pot with canola oil and add turkey meat.
Add and stir in all ingredients to pot except flour tortillas.
Cook on medium-low for 15 -20 minutes.
Add two large tortillas to baking dish. Layer and spread turkey mixture.
Top with two tortillas and repeat with the turkey mixture one more time. Top again with two tortillas.
Spread extra shredded mozzarella and Kraft Philadelphia Triple Cheddar shredded cheese.
Cover dish with foil; bake for 40-minutes. Uncover and bake additional 10-minutes.
Garnish with cilantro.
